Plan

Understand the event requirement

We start with a detailed discussion about your event — the venue, the layout, the scale, the timeline and the electrical requirement.

  • Event brief and timeline review
  • Venue assessment (if required)
  • Load estimation and planning
  • Equipment and resource planning
2
Supply

Source and prepare the equipment

Based on the confirmed requirement, we source, check and prepare all electrical equipment.

  • Equipment sourcing and allocation
  • Pre-event testing and checking
  • Cable preparation and labelling
  • Load-out planning
3
Transport

Logistics to the venue

All equipment is transported to the venue in a planned, organised manner — timed to align with the venue's setup schedule.

  • Equipment loading and vehicle dispatch
  • Venue coordination and access
  • Organised unloading and staging
  • Equipment positioning per venue plan
4

Full electrical installation

Our team carries out the complete electrical installation — panels, distribution, cabling, connections and lighting. Every installation is checked before handover.

  • Panel and distribution board installation
  • Cable routing and management
  • Individual booth/stall connections
  • Lighting infrastructure installation
  • Pre-event testing and safety check
5

We don't leave after installation. Our team remains on-site for the full duration of the event — managing the electrical infrastructure and responding to any requirement.

  • Dedicated on-site electrical team
  • Live monitoring of electrical systems
  • Rapid response to issues or changes
  • Last-minute connection requirements
